FAQ

Your questions before winter.

When should I request dock or boat lift removal?

Contact us in advance to plan removal before ice arrives. Timing depends on your equipment, local water conditions and availability in your area. We’ll confirm the schedule with you.

How much does removal cost?

Pricing depends on equipment type and size, shoreline access and the work involved. Your quote is free and comes with no obligation, so you know the price and service details before you decide.

Can you remove just my boat lift?

Yes, you can request removal of a dock, a boat lift or both. Select what you need in the form. We’ll confirm service after assessing your equipment and access.

Does winter preparation include storage?

Removal and winter preparation arrangements depend on your installation and the space available. Any storage needs must be discussed with the team and confirmed in your quote.

Can you also reinstall my dock in spring?

Yes, we also offer spring installation and annual dock service. Mention it in your request so we can discuss next season with you.

Which areas do you serve?

We’re based in Gatineau. Our usual territory reaches about 2 to 2.5 hours of driving, from Mont-Laurier in the north down to Kingston in the south, and from Petawawa in the west across to Saint-Hippolyte in the east, and for dock services we go up to 3 to 4 hours, grouping several appointments from the same area into one day. Tell us your town when you request a quote: we’ll confirm right away whether your waterfront is within our service area.
